High Pressure Spiral Hose – EN 856 R13

A High Pressure Spiral Hose is a heavy-duty hydraulic hose designed to withstand extremely high pressures. Built with multiple layers of steel wire reinforcement, it offers superior strength, flexibility, and resistance to pressure surges. These hoses are widely used in construction, mining, agriculture, and industrial applications for safe and reliable fluid transfer under demanding conditions.

Reinforcement: 
Four high tensile steel wire spiral (DN19-25), Six high tensile steel wire spiral (DN31-51).

Application: 
350 bar super high pressure Hydraulic Lines and hydrostatic transmission lines. Also, suitable for impulse surge lines with more life cycles for use with petroleum, synthetic or water based fluids in Hydraulic systems. Suitable for Earthmoving equipment and machineries / systems.

Impulse Cycles:
500,000 cycles.

Inner tube:
Black colour, Synthetic rubber resistant to oil and water.

Cover:
Black colour, Synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion and weather, oil & ozone.
